Em Watson

PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, CINEMATOGRAPHER (ETC.)

Em Watson is a documentary filmmaker, photojournalist, and storyteller. Her film clients have included the UN: Harmony with Nature Initiative, NYU, YoungArts, and the Youth Section at the Goetheanum. Her photography has been published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Boston Globe, and Forbes. Em met Anthroposophy when she was 22 years old, and has since been involved in the community in leadership roles, as well as in positions of storytelling, branding, and design. She currently is on the leadership team of the Youth Section of North America, and just returned to the States after a year in the Anthroposophy Studies program at the Goetheanum.

CHARLIE CROSS

RESEARCHER, WRITER, EDITOR (ETC.)

Charlie Cross is a journalist, editor, and artist originally from Texas. Since 2019, he’s lived in Dornach, Switzerland, where he is an Editor at the weekly journal ‹Das Goetheanum› and studies painting at the Rudolf Steiner Malschule. Charlie first encountered Rudolf Steiner’s work at Carleton College, where he researched contemplative pedagogy and studied the intersection between politics and spirituality. His relationship with Anthroposophy deepened while working at the Austin Waldorf School. Outside the Anthroposophical world, Charlie has an independent astrological consultancy and works for the popular Sanctuary app, and plays ultimate frisbee at an international level.
